The national delivery is made in approximately 3-5 working days from the moment the order is invoiced and the AWB is generated in the courier's platform. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, with the labels intact.
To return the order, you have 14 days from receiving the package. Please do not forget to attach the invoice or tax receipt to the parcel. Your money will be refunded between 5 and 14 calendar days after the return is confirmed.
