Delivery of products

 

The cost of delivering the products in your order is displayed in the shopping cart and on the "Order details" page. This value depends on the total weight of the products and the distance from the standard courier routes. Changing the delivery address will automatically change the shipping cost of the order.

 

In the case of products in stock, the national delivery is made in approximately 3-5 working days from the moment the order is invoiced and the AWB is generated in the courier's platform. An order placed reserves the stock and is to be confirmed by a human operator, either on the same day or on the next working day. When the order is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS with the delivery details.

 

Depending on the degree of loading of the courier company, especially during this period of health crisis, it is possible that the delivery will take an additional 1-2 days.

 

There is no option to pick up the package from the warehouse. Delivery will be made directly to the address indicated in the online ordering process.

 

The products are delivered exclusively on the territory of Romania. When European delivery is also available, this service and the related cost will be indicated in the shopping cart.

 

In the case of products that are no longer in stock, you will be contacted by our support team to establish the delivery term depending on the availability of stock from the suppliers.

 

Once we have agreed on a delivery term together, we do everything in our power to respect it. Sometimes exceptional situations arise that we cannot control (crises that affect international and national transport, the relationship with our suppliers, situations due to the program of partner carriers that we cannot foresee, extreme situations due to weather conditions, difficult access to the address, etc. ) In these cases, we will quickly notify you of possible delays or you can access your account to find out the delivery status by the courier.

 

After generating the AWB (or delivery note) in the courier platform, you will receive an email/SMS fromwww.bonescover.com with the delivery details: AWB number, courier company name and a link for online tracking of the entire delivery process delivery. When the products in your order leave our warehouse and go to the logistics center of the courier, you will receive a new email notification from us. It is possible that the courier company will send you an email or SMS notification a few hours before delivery.

 

If you missed these email notifications, you can always check the order and delivery status in your account!

 

All deliveries are carried out by authorized carriers, with a national transport license that respects the legislation on the protection of personal data.

 

 

Return of products

 

The return of products is accepted according to the terms and conditions and the present Return Policy, being in accordance with the provisions of GEO 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts. After carefully reading the lines below, please fill out the return form to speed up the entire process.

 

The products that are the subject of orders placed online can be returned, without citing any reason, within 14 days from the date of their receipt. Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those stipulated in art. 13 and art. 14 of GEO No. 34/2014, within 14 calendar days starting from the day on which he takes physical possession of the product.

 

The return of the products by the consumer within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of communication of the withdrawal from the contract by completing the return form below, must be done with the same means with which they were delivered (using the same courier company with which the products were delivered) .www.bonescover.com will send the courier to pick up the product/products, the return cost to be borne by BONESCOVER.

 

We recommend keeping the original packaging to protect the integrity of the products (box, box, pallet, etc.).

 

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. The consumer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning, according to art. 14, para. 3 of GEO 34/2014.

 

www.bonescover.com will refund the value of the product as soon as possible (maximum 14 calendar days) from the date of informingwww.bonescover.com by the Consumer about his decision to withdraw from the contract and accept the return, provided he has received the returned product within the legal term of 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract announced by the consumer.

 

If an order is returned in full,www.bonescover.com will return the value of the products to the Consumer. If it was a partial return (only part of the products in an order) thenwww.bonescover.com will only return the value of the returned products.

 

The refund will be made by electronic means (refund on the card account or payment order for orders that were paid by cash on delivery or bank transfer).

 

www.bonescover.com will be able to postpone the refund of the product value until the product is received, checked and the return accepted.

 

The return form is a model and is not mandatory. According to GEO 34/2014, the customer must provide the complete data required for the return. The customer understands that once the return form is completed, it speeds up the return process. The return address will be communicated after receiving the return request. After receiving the returned product, a specialist will examine the integrity of the product and communicate it via email towww.bonescover.com .

 

www.bonescover.com has the right to refuse the return in the following situations:

 

In the case of replacing the purchased product with another product with different specifications or of a different type or different serial number (SN or serial number);

If the return request exceeds the term of 14 working days from the date of taking possession of the good;

If a product is returned that is not in the same condition in which it was delivered, i.e. with all the labels intact together with all the documents that accompanied the delivered product.

The identification labels of the product or the packaging or, as the case may be, the return label are damaged or missing;

Products worn, washed or that smell of perfume;

Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer (eg: socks, underwear, pacifiers, toothbrushes, etc.);

Goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other elements;

If there were several identical products in the delivered order and they were all unsealed and used.

If it is found that the conditions mentioned above are not met, the value of the returned products will not be paid, and the package will be sent back to the consumer, who will bear the costs of resending the product/products.

 

If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new (open packaging, missing accessories, damaged), we reserve the right to request a fee for returning the product to its initial state, as the case may be, or to cover the price difference resulting from the sale of the product as resealed or, at the Buyer's request, we will resend the Good, the delivery costs being borne by the Buyer.
